对于普通科研人来说，发表一篇SCI/SSCI真的很难。
虽然网上学术圈大佬都说非一区二区不发，SCI四区都是水刊，没一点含金量。但是，对于很多普通科研人来说，能发一篇SCI就烧高香了。
在给大家介绍发SCI/SSCI的技巧之前，先纠正一个误区：SCI四区都是水刊，要发论文就发SCI一区二区。这种想法有失偏颇。
首先，SCI分区只是对期刊做一个大致的划分，但是具体到各个领域情况就不一样了，某些领域的期刊比较少，顶刊也不过是在三区，发一篇SCI四区已经很难了。
其次，四区SCI对于学术大佬来说或许不算什么，但是对于普通科研人来说，四区也是自己辛辛苦苦努力劳动的成果。学术大佬也是一步一个脚印走出来的，对于科研新手来说，能发SCI四区也是不小的成就。
最后，四区SCI也是SCI，有些人就不是做科研的料，但是毕业要求发SCI、评职称要求发SCI。是SCI能用就行，才不会挑挑拣拣。
SSCI也是同样的道理。人文核心本就难发，就不要顾虑水不水刊的，只要能发出来就是成果！
发表人生的第一篇SCI/SSCI并不容易，希望大家在写作投稿过程中保持充分的耐心，经过几次的磨炼，掌握发表SCI/SSCI的技巧，多发几篇之后就能驾轻就熟了。
## 一、选刊
发论文的第一步就是选择合适的期刊（很多人都喜欢先写完论文再选择刊物，写完以后再找期刊投稿，其实先写论文或者先选刊都没关系，关键在于找到与自己的论文相匹配的期刊。）
如何找到合适的SCI/SSCI期刊？
1. 参考本研究领域的权威期刊列表：[中国科学院学部院士推荐国际学术期刊目录]、[中国科学院文献情报中心推荐国际学术期刊目录]
2. 查阅本研究领域的期刊排名，比如 Journal Citation Reports (JCR)、SCImago Journal Rank (SJR)、 CiteScore 等排名。
3. 请导师或师兄师姐帮忙推荐期刊，看看他们都发过哪些SCI期刊，并虚心请教投稿经验。
4. 用Google Scholar、 Web of Science 等工具检索期刊，查看期刊简介、收录方向、论文水平等信息，分析期刊的偏好和论文的平均水平与自己是否相符。
5. 使用Journal Finder、Journal Suggester、Journal Guide等智能匹配工具，输入自己论文的标题和摘要，让它们为你推荐最适合的期刊。
6. 注意避雷学校/单位不认可的期刊名单，比如中科院预警期刊名单。
## 二、写论文
### 第一步：读文献，定选题
1. 阅读目标期刊的简介和投稿指南，分析期刊对论文研究方向的要求；查阅期刊近几年发表的论文，学习他们的写作风格、论证过程、逻辑结构等方面的特点。
2. 大量阅读本领域内优质期刊的论文，了解本研究领域的前沿动态和研究进展，掌握学术热点和发展趋势，选择一个具有创新性的选题。

1. 摘要、引言部分应注意语义明确、逻辑清晰，不要赘述过多细节。摘要部分突出本研究的研究方法、研究内容和重要发现，强调研究的重要性和创新性；引言部分需要包括研究背景、问题陈述、研究目的、意义等内容。
2. 文献综述应注意对文献进行分类整理，指出重要文献的优点和不足，揭示当前的研究趋势，并插入自己的深层理解和思考。
3. 正文部分应保证论证清晰、逻辑严密，图表能够清晰地展示数据和实验结果。
4. 讨论部分可以突出本研究与前人研究的进步，或者对实验结果出现的原因进行详细的讨论，侧面展示自己研究课题的重要性。
## 三、投稿发表
1. 进入目标期刊的官方网站，找到投稿系统的入口，一般在首页或者导航栏上有明显的标识，比如[Submit]、[Submission]、[Manuscript Central]等。先阅读投稿须知，确保论文的格式、内容符合期刊要求；然后按照页面提示，依次完成投稿信息的填写和文件的上传。
2. 论文投出去后，可能会被退稿或者初审通过。
如果是退稿，先不要气馁，一般国外期刊都很乐意给出详细的意见，看看编辑的退稿理由，分析是选题问题、写作问题还是逻辑问题？修改后再投有没有希望？如果觉得希望不大，可以换刊重投。
如果是初审通过，那么很大可能最终被录用！一定要按照编辑的意见仔细修改论文，保持礼貌、认真的态度，一般修改一两次就差不多了。
